Mobile Services: Base travel fees are as follows, $30 for Lincoln County, $40 for surrounding counties, all other counties are calculated at the Federal Mileage rate of $.70 per Mile.  Veteran and Elder Services are no charge for Mobile Services.

General Notary: Auto Title or any Title required to have a Notary present at the time of transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, and all Miscellaneous affidavits or recording documents that require a Notary.  $10 Per Signature that is required to notarized.

Real Estate: Buyer, Seller, Refinance, Home Equity of all types (HELOC, HEL, HEA) Refinance, Assumption, Deeds of all types. Purchase contracts, and seller contracts. Call for package pricing.

Estate Planning: Any and all documents that would relate to estate services for either during or after life that would require a Notary for recording. $10 per Signature that is required to be notarized.

Fields Services: Extensive Photo Inspections of prospective properties for Lenders, Buyers, Sellers, and Investors which includes but not limited to:  Minimum of 50 photos of the property from all angels (Interior, Exterior, all Rooms from at least 2 angles, basement or crawl space, and attic if safely accessible), highlight damage, repairs, or improvements.  Minimum of a 2-minute video walk thru of the home.  Minimum of a 2-minute walk thru of the exterior of the Property.  Each assignment tailored to client needs. $60 per hour which also includes round trip travel.
