Mobile Services: This service is calculated at the 2025 Federal Business Mileage rate of $.70 per mile round trip for the appointment to take place at your location of choice.

Notary Services
General Notary: Auto Title or any Title required to have a Notary present at the time of transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, and all Miscellaneous affidavits.
Real Estate: Buyer, Seller, Refinance (VA, FHA, Conventional, etc.), Loan Modification Agreement, Home Equity of all types (HELOC, HEL, HEA), Assumption, Deeds of all types, Purchase Contracts, Seller Contracts, and everything else you can think of.
Estate Planning: Any and all documents that would relate to estate services for either during or after life that would require a Notary.

Non-Notary Services
Fields Inspection Services: Extensive Photo Inspections of prospective properties for Lenders, Buyers, Sellers, and Investors which includes but not limited to:
Minimum of 50 photos of the property from all angels (Interior, Exterior, all Rooms from at least 2 angles, basement or crawl space, and attic if safely accessible), highlight damage, repairs, or improvements.
Minimum of a 2-minute video walk thru of the home.
Minimum of a 2-minute video walk around of the exterior of the Property.
Each assignment tailored to client needs and expectations.
All photos and videos will be saved to a Google Photo Album where clients can access at there will along with having the ability to add people to the album that they wish to have access.
$60 per hour which also includes round trip travel.
I9 Services: $60 for 1 employee, $40 for each additional
Providing Witnesses: $30 per witness
Printing: Black and White copies only $.10 Per Page. Call for Package Pricing.
